Rilee Perrett is a graduate of Utah State University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She focuses on creating a positive therapeutic relationship in order to support individuals and families as they move through life and its challenges. Rilee strives to empower individuals to utilize their strengths as they get to know themselves better, solve problems, and find happiness.

Rilee has experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. Her internship experiences were based at Quality Youth Services and Logan High School and she worked for two years doing family and parenting intervention. She uses a strength-based approach along with principles from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and solution-focused therapy.
